what’s included in the kit?

  • each kit includes everything you need to get started: fabric, threads, needle, hoop, pattern, and a step-by-step instruction card.

how do i access the digital pattern?

  • you’ll find a QR code included in your kit that links to a digital version of your pattern if you’d like a larger or clearer view.

what if i run out of thread?

  • please get in touch and i can help — i’m always happy to sort this for you.

do you offer custom designs?

  • yes — custom designs are available in limited spots each month. you can find more information on the custom section of the website.

can i change or cancel my order?

  • if your order hasn’t been packed yet, i’ll do my best to help — just get in touch as soon as possible.

how long does shipping take?

  • orders are processed within 1-3 days, and shipping times will vary depending on your location. you’ll receive a confirmation once it’s on the way. see the shipping & delivery page for more information

i entered the wrong address — what should i do?

do you accept returns?

  • due to the nature of the kits, returns aren’t accepted for change of mind. if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and i’ll help.
