• yes ♡ each charm is carefully handmade and assembled by me, making every piece a little unique.

will my charm look exactly like the photos?

• because each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in colour or placement. that's part of what makes every creation one of a kind.

how do i care for my bag charm?

• to keep your charm looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and rough handling. when it's not in use, store it somewhere dry and safe.

can i change or cancel my order?

• if your order hasn’t been stitched yet, i’ll do my best to help — just get in touch as soon as possible.

how long does shipping take?

do you accept returns?
